Workshop description & materials
The winter scene chosen for this workshop is a very loose style and lends itself to a quick paint and lots of freedom to be creative. The colour scheme is limited to the primary colours and is not difficult to mix.

Catharine will go through a step by step demo of this painting via zoom. She will be working from two devices so you will be able to hear her instruction and see the development of the painting as the class progresses. The painting will go ahead in stages and time will be given for each student to complete the stages before we move on to the next. Each student will be able to interact with the instructor during the process and feedback will be directed through the zoom platform to you individually. The painting the subject has very little detail and each student will be encouraged to add their own small details to the painting to make the final work their own creation.
