Deck the Halls Miniature Art & Craft Sale Fundraising Event

FCAG is proud to announce that our annual miniature art & craft sale will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, 2014 from 10am - 3pm. Back by popular demand is our Tea Room which will be open from 11am - 2pm where attendees can enjoy a simple lunch while visiting the show and nibble on some tasty treats. Our miniature art & craft sale is an exclusive FCAG fundraising event where a multitude array of merchandise can be purchased from winter wear, handmade and one of a kind gifts, ornaments, decor, and much much more.
Tea Room Cost : $5/lunch or $3 for tea/coffee & dessert
Vendor Information:
We are looking for vendors & volunteers! Applications will be available soon - deadline is November 13th, 2014. All items homemade, crafts, art work, jewelry, scarves, sculptures, decorations, etc. Contact us for further information at [email protected] or download the application form below and drop it off in our drop box in front of the house.
Volunteer Information:
We are looking for volunteers for the following positions (attention high school students this is a great way to get your volunteer hours required for graduation):
Thursday November 20th - Set up
Saturday Novemeber 22nd:
Greeter (greet guests at door & provide information on where vendors & tea room are location)
Tearoom (assist with setting up plates & maintaining cleanliness of tearoom)
Rover (to assist exhibitors with their tables & cover for breaks)
Shift 1: 10am-12pm
Shift 2: 12pm-2pm
Shift 3: 2pm - 3:30pm
Dismantling Show 3pm-4pm
Donations:
We are looking for donations for our tearoom such as sandwich fillings, loaves of bread, nut-free desserts, etc.

Member's & Family Christmas Pot-Luck Dinner
Sunday, December 7th 5:45pm-9pm
This dinner is a great way to meet other member's and their families and celebrate the season together. Each year we look forward to each event we share with our member's and their families and without our member's we would not be the institution we are. Join us for a celebration of the holiday season and please sing up if you plan on attending; sign up sheets available in the garden & studio rooms or you can email [email protected] . Please specify what item of food you will be bringing.
