Are you planning a business meeting, getting together with friends or family? Our community rooms are perfect to do crafts, arrange flowers, or host a special group meeting. We offer the use of our kitchen for preparing coffee, tea and snacks or a light lunch. Amenities include Wi-Fi, sink, fridge, microwave, dishes. Washrooms are located in the main house on the ground floor. All rooms can be set up to your needs with tables and chairs, event cleanup included.

Rates start at $1500.00/ day for small groups with little disruption to the daily workings of the Art center and $2000.00/day for large invasive groups.

- Garden Gallery is located at the back of the property separate from the main building. It can accommodate up to 35 people for a business, club or community meeting. Amenities include Wi-Fi, sink, and fridge.
- June Thompson Studio is located on the ground floor of the main building located next door to the kitchen. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a business, club or community meeting. Amenities include Wi-Fi and projection screen
- Kramolc Studio is a larger space upstairs in the main building with attached step down to sun room. It can accommodate up to 35 people for a business, club or community meeting. It is also available for Monthly rental.
- Members Library is a smaller intimate room. It can accommodate up to 10 people for a business, club or community meeting. It is also available for monthly rental.
Rental Fees

- Monday to Friday $200.00 /day $30.00/hr 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Monday to Friday $60.00/hr 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Weekend $300.00/day 9:00pm to 5:00 p.m.
