Maria Reynolds
President
Maria is a resident of Rexdale, a former elementary school teacher, and a long-time member of the Franklin Carmichael Art Group. She believes that engaging in the Arts enhances one’s experience of the world. In 2019, she was nominated to the Franklin Carmichael Art Group Board of Directors; she was appointed President in 2021. Bringing a variety of experience and skills to the role, Maria helped FCAG pivot in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As the organization returns to regular programming, Maria looks forward to building on this momentum to continue to engage and support members.

Anabel Da Silva
Vice President
Anabel has been an FCAG member since 2013, taking part in multiple classes and workshops. She has also volunteered at shows and participated in numerous activities before joining the Board.
She takes care of the arts programming and she's always looking for ways of diversifying our offers to the community.

Chris Buckingham
Treasurer
Christopher retired after a successful career in Technical Sales and Product marketing with IBM. Since retiring he has spent the last thirteen years volunteering for various organizations in the Toronto area. His introduction to the Franklin Carmichael Art Group came by way of his wife Nancy who has been a student then teacher with FCAG for many years.

Lola Slade
Director
Lola Slade is a web developer at the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario. She has worked in the non-profit sector since 2011 with a specialization in helping non-profits make good use of open source software.
Her introduction to the Franklin Carmichael Art Group was a recent oil painting class. At various points she has studied art at: FCAG, George Brown College, the Academy of Art Canada, Central Tech and the University of Toronto.
