Evening class (All levels)

Drop-ins Welcome: $35 for members, $50 non-members
Description:
This inclusive drawing class accommodate students from every skill level, whether you're an absolute beginner or a more advanced student. Students will strengthen their ability to perceive and translate the visual world into their own artistic expression. Technical skills are strengthened through methods such as direct observation, perspective drawing, and exploring different materials.

- Sketchbook (Drawing paper)
- Set of pencils in varying grades
- Pencil sharpener
- Erasers (standard and kneaded)

Drawing with the Figure (clothed model, no instructor) Not available Fall 2024
Weekend class Time: Saturdays from 12 pm to 4 pm Duration: From September 28 to November 2 Studio: Kramolc Studio (on second floor; accessible via stairs only; no elevator) Fees: $35 per week (Members) or $40 per week (Non Members) Description: A different model is available each week for those who enjoy drawing or need some practice. Models start with short poses and increase time gradually. There is no instruction given in this class. The purpose is to have a model available so you can advance at your own pace. Materials: Most participants use graphite and/or pastels but any medium is welcome. |

Daytime Class (All Levels)

Time: Wednesdays from 1 pm to 3:30 pm

Description :
The participants will meet at a location in the GTA to be announced. The locations will have parking lots and public washrooms available. In case of bad weather, the class will take place indoors.
Catherine will show techniques on how to paint in Plein Air.

Catherine will show techniques on how to paint in Plein Air.
Materials:
- Small Sketchbook and pencil
- Whatever other medium you’re most comfortable to paint
- Small canvas or paper
- Limited colour palette
- 2-3 brushes (if using paint)
- Environmentally friendly cleaning materials
- You might want to bring a chair/stool or/and a portable easel if you wish.
